This is a project in Redmond, Washington, consisting of the site services for a condominium development.  There are 26 drawings in the complete set, covering roads, sidewalks, stormwater mains, sanitary and water services.  The site is on a steep hillside and detention vaults are incorporated into the system to accommodate the runoff from a 100 year flood situation.
